Webinar: Win More B2B Contracts

Join sales expert Allison Davis for this Webinar where she’ll show you how to architect your sales process to ensure your proposals turn into contracts.

Are you tired of pouring your heart and soul into crafting a proposal, only to have it picked apart, rejected, or worse — ignored altogether (a.k.a. ghosted)?
If so, you’re not alone — but that doesn’t make it any less frustrating. Having a hot lead go cold after you deliver a proposal can be a very disorienting experience.

The B2B sales process has unique challenges and strategies (like longer sales cycles, multiple decision-makers, and complex proposals) that are quite different from B2C approaches. This workshop will focus on helping B2B businesses stop getting ghosted and craft compelling proposals. Alison will offer valuable tips and processes to help you follow through with the sales!

The program will be offered at $65. CWE Members can register for the reduced rate of $20. Email womens-entrepreneurship@chatham.edu for the coupon code.

This program takes a deep dive into each section of the business plan with a concentration on financial projections, what they are, and how to create them. Topics covered will include:

Business Planning: target markets, competition, marketing and sales, operations and management team, and scaling.

Capital Readiness: preparation of financial statements, breakeven analysis, cost of goods sold, forecasting, understanding the lending process and 5 Cs of credit, sources and uses of funding, Q&A with a lender panel, and more.
